Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be despatched in the order they are received.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-4 working days.
Delivery should take between 2-3 days once despatched including Saturday's for UK orders, but please allow for longer delays (2-4 weeks) for international orders.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to return a product for a refund or exchange, please email info@seityco.com and we will contact you with all the information you need to send it back to us.
If there is no fault with the product you must return it in PERFECT and RE-SELLABLE CONDITION, marking the package "RETURNED GOODS" and enclose a note explaining action required.
Customers must pay to send returns back to us.
We dispatch exchange orders at no extra postage cost (UK only). Overseas customers must send return postage.
Our return period is 28 days from the order date.
